BEHEMOTH Frontman Comments On European Tour

Polish death metallers BEHEMOTH have just completed a 33-date European tour in support to their recent album, "Demigod". Frontman Nergal commented: "This tour was a blast. I could go on and talk for hours how good it was but I have to keep it brief...This was so far the best European tour we've done on our own. I'm pretty sure that it wouldn't have be en as successful as it was without all these great bands we shared the stage with: KRISIUN, INCANTATION, RAGNAROK, PUNGENT STENCH, HYPNOS...We'd love to send our highest gratitude to all the guys in these bands as well as to all the crew who made this tour so smooth and easy to go thru. U R THE BEST!!! If anyone ask me for the best band I've toured with...I will always say: KRISIUN, the most easy goin and hard working people I've met in this business. Guys, it was a huge challenge and great pleasure to meet u all again. We had a great time... INCANTATION is just a living underground legend. I don't need to say it was an honor to meet them on the same stage... RAGNAROK were also great companions and we had lotsa fun (Don't call me a bitch!!! Ha ha...)... PUNGENT STENCH was as good as I thought they would be. Thanx for killer time mates! HYPNOS, our old Czech brothers were solid as usual (Bruno! Drink more...and join us on the way to brothel next time, ha ha!). Words of appreciation go to Johan from Metallysee for making this tour possible and Pedro for trying his best! THANK U GUYS!!!

Nergal added: "I must say that I was positively surprised by the turn outs and crowd reaction to our new songs on this last tour...Once again [the fans] proved that BEHEMOTH legions are growing stronger and stronger. And in the end of the day I feel sooo good knowing there is such a solid fan base that we get so much support from. Without you we wouldn't be here, my friends...During this tour I did tons of interviews, I met so many amazing individuals who appreciate what we do, as a band. It was an amazing experience! I live and breath for you. See ya on tour ASAP!!!"

On December 2, BEHEMOTH will fly to Mexico where they start their second leg of the tour. The band are going to headline shows in such countries as Mexico, Panama, Conta Rica, Brasil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Equador.

Commented Nergal: "Shit. It's gonna be the highlight journey of my life...We've never been in South America. I'm dying to go there and play for those people!"
